Terms Of Service
✫Keep in mind that I am photosensitive, so I will not draw art with very saturated tones/high saturation between details for my own well-being
✩The time for the commission to be finished is 1 month. The time may increase depending on factors such as health, order of commissions, complexity, etc.
If any of the above happens, you will be notified.
✩I not accept commissions NSFW (erotic, gore, fetiches, etc...), MECHA
✩I gladly accept LGBT+ and any type of skin color
✩Hate requests will be immediately rejected
✩Loli/Shota - Inappropriate requests will be immediately rejected✩The client must give clear instructions (character, references, pose, background) or tell me directly that they leave it to my imagination
✩I will start working on the commission after I receive the payment
✩I will do everything possible to please the client, so during the process I will show the sketch-lineart-base palette to ensure that everything is to the client's liking
✩Only minor changes/color correction will be accepted free of charge, major changes will require an extra payment
✩If the client did not give clear instructions, they will not be able to request minor changes without additional payment
✩I reserve the right to reject commissions on any moment✩Use the artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. You can print the art and claim the rights to its characters, but not to the drawing itself. Use art to promote yourself by giving proper credit
✩If you want to use my art for commercial content you must pay additional 50% (Emotes are 25%) the original price depending on what you want to do (Merchandise Use is 100% the original price and Emotes 50%)
✩I'll send three versions of the art. Normal, transparent, with WaterMark. Please use the WaterMark version on your social media to avoid possible theft
✩I'll send the SpeedPaint along the original parts whit the drawing process
✩DO NOT upload the art without the WaterMark and to any social media, it is exclusively for your personal use or edits (do not modify my work). You can use the transparent on a collage whitout any problem
✩I DO NOT allow my art to be used to train AI-modify with AI/create NFTs/Tracing
✩You CANNOT modify the art and/Posting the art without the watermark
✩You CANNOT request a refund after having received the sketch
✩I, the artist, not the commissioner, have all rights to the drawing produced. Therefore, I can use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself in any place or site, display it anywhere to my liking and publish it wherever I want
✩If you violate copyright infringement in any way, all rights you had to the drawing will be removed
